Heather Rice

Heather Rice is a seasoned professional in graphic design and marketing with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Membership & Marketing Specialist at Missouri Park and Recreation Association since January 2019, Heather has also been the Graphic Designer and Owner of HPCreative LLC since January 2017. Additional roles include serving as an Independent Contractor for Bankers Advertising Company, a Graphic Designer for HER Magazine, and a Graphic Designer for News Tribune, among others. Heather's career in graphic design began at Diggit Graphics, where responsibilities included both graphic design and operations management. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Columbia College, earned from 2004 to 2008.
