Terry Stober has over a decade of experience in IT support and implementation, currently serving as a Service Desk Support Specialist II at Bankers Financial Corporation since December 2014. In this role, Terry provides support to onsite and remote users, assists in deploying a new VoIP phone system, and maintains call center operations. Previously, Terry held positions at C1 Bank, where responsibilities included supporting new technology implementations and troubleshooting hardware issues as an IT Implementation and Support Specialist, as well as managing help desk operations and Microsoft Active Directory as a Helpdesk Analyst. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Simpson College.
