Carol Miller, CPCU, CLCS, RCC has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. From 1993 to 2020, they held various sales and management positions at Nationwide Insurance, starting as a Master Claims Representative and progressing to roles such as Associate Agency Manager, Sales Technical Specialist, District Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Sales Associate Vice President. In 2020, they explored business ownership opportunities and eventually purchased a Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change franchise, where they established the strategic and operational direction for the company. Currently, they are the Director of Sales at Bankers Insurance Group, a position they assumed in 2023.
