Alia Ahli

Alia Ahli has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience working for multiple prominent banks in the UAE. Alia started their career at RAKBANK in 2003 as an Assistant Branch Manager and later moved on to Emirates NBD in 2007, where they served as a Branch Manager until 2010. Ahli then joined the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, where they held the positions of Branch Manager from 2010 to 2015 and Head of Service & Control-Branches & Elite Gold from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) as a Lead, People Support since 2017 and has been serving as a VP, HR Business Partner from December 2019 onwards. Alia Ahli's extensive work experience spans over 17 years in various management and leadership roles within the banking sector.

Alia Ahli has completed Level 3 CIPD qualifications and holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Information Technology from the University of Dubai.
