Behramshah Zack

Behramshah Zack possesses extensive experience in human resources technology and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of HR Technology at First Abu Dhabi Bank since October 2016. In this role, Behramshah leads the integration of advanced HR solutions, including Oracle Fusion and Smart Recruiters, enhancing data flows and optimizing HR processes. Previous positions at First Abu Dhabi Bank include Vice President roles focusing on organization effectiveness, HR systems governance, and operational excellence, where significant contributions to policy harmonization and cloud-based solution implementation were made. Prior to this, roles at National Bank of Abu Dhabi involved talent management and project leadership in transformation initiatives. Behramshah also has experience managing operations in consulting, hospitality, collections, and business development across various industries, supported by a solid educational background in commerce and automobile engineering.
