Lars Kramer

Lars Kramer is currently serving as Group CFO at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership from previous roles, including Group CFO at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Hellenic Bank. Kramer has a solid background in the banking sector with progressive responsibilities at ING, where multiple CFO positions were held from 2008 to 2017. Educationally, Kramer is a Chartered Accountant (CA) SA, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, both from the University of Cape Town, along with a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa.
