Nariman Yacoub

Nariman Yacoub is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Vice President for IT Service and Configuration Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank since October 2017. In this role, Nariman oversees service delivery and technology to enhance user experience while refining policies to maintain high performance standards. Prior experience includes a managerial role at National Bank of Abu Dhabi, where Nariman managed the HP IT Service Management toolset and focused on enhancing the end-user experience. Nariman has also held positions such as Service Management Lead and Senior Technical Support Analyst, where expertise in ITIL best practices and IT service management processes was developed. Nariman holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from October 6 University and I.G.C.S.E from Al Nahda National School.
