Stella Marcazzan has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Stella began their career in 2005 as an Analyst at BNP Paribas Securities Services, where they served until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at The Bank of New York Mellon. Stella then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch/US Bank as an Assistant Vice President and Product and Relationship Manager.

In 2012, Stella Marcazzan joined the National Bank of Abu Dhabi as an Assistant Coverage Banker and later became the Director for the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in Europe, Americas, and Asia. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Executive Director for FI Europe and Americas at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). During their time at FAB, Stella led the strategic direction and growth of the FIG, oversaw a portfolio of approximately 200 Financial Institutions, and achieved significant revenue growth.

In 2020, Stella Marcazzan was promoted to Managing Director & Head of Financial Institutions, Europe & Americas at FAB. In this role, they focused on sales, deal origination, business development, and relationship management with clients. Stella was responsible for delivering financial metrics and KPIs, developing the FIG strategy, and representing FAB in international forums and initiatives. Additionally, Stella coached and developed the FI E&A team and managed compliance, security, and operational risk.

Stella also holds a High School Diploma in Humanities/Humanistic Studies, which they obtained from Liceo Classico Cesare Beccaria in 2000.
