Erica Gomes

Erica Gomes has extensive experience in customer service and management within the banking industry. Currently serving as AVP Customer Care at bankESB since November 2013, Erica oversees a call center to ensure high-quality customer support. Prior to this role, Erica worked as a Customer Care Officer at CNB, also a division of BankESB, from November 2013 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, Erica held the position of Branch Manager at Citizens Bank from May 1999 to November 2013, and served as Assistant Manager in the same organization. Erica's educational background includes studies at the Community College of Rhode Island from 1997 to 1998.
