Choo Sylvia SC serves as the Executive Secretary at the Banking and Financial Services Union (BFSU) since July 2022. Prior to this role, Choo Sylvia SC has been the Director of Workforce- Union at the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) since 2001, where Choo supports the Unions and Associations affiliated with the organization in Singapore.
