Martin Naor has had a long and successful career in the finance and technology industries. Martin began their career in 2002 as an Endeavor Entrepreneur for Endeavor, where they were responsible for identifying, mentoring, and scaling emerging-market entrepreneurs. In 2014, they became a Board Member for Vitrium Capital, and an Advisor for gurucargo.com. In 2015, they were Founder and CEO of Bankingly, and an Investor and Director for ICVentures. In 2016, they became a Member of YPO and a Board Member for Roasting Plant Coffee. In 2018, they assumed the role of Vice President for FinTech IberoAmérica and President for Camara Uruguaya de Fintech. In 2020, they became an Investor for Nubimetrics.
Martin Naor completed an MBA from Universidad de Montevideo in 1995, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2006, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business for an Executive Education program in Building and Implementing Growth Strategies. In 2015, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Stanford-Endeavor Innovation & Growth Program. Martin also completed a Técnico en Dirección de Empresas from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' in 1992, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General.
