Dmitry has worked for multiple companies, starting in 2001 at International Clearing House where they held various roles such as Senior Software Engineer and Head of Software Development, contributing significantly to the development and support of various systems including Core Banking, Digital Banking, and Business Intelligence.
In 2009, Dmitry joined Stins Coman as a System Architect, where they played a key role in developing an ERP system for a major car factory and implemented critical modules for financial, accounting, and analytics. Dmitry also leveraged code generation techniques to automate routine tasks, improving efficiency.
At Banks Soft Systems (BSS), Dmitry held multiple roles including System Architect and CTO. Dmitry has also obtained certifications as a Certified LeSS Practitioner from The LeSS Company in 2017 and as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in April 2012.
