Pam Kaur

Pam Kaur has extensive experience in the technology and banking sector. Pam currently serves as the Head of Bank Technology at BankTech Ventures, LP, working closely with limited partner banks and portfolio fintechs. Pam also holds leadership positions in organizations focused on empowering women, such as Women of Color on the Move. In their previous roles, Pam managed critical IT applications, disaster recovery systems, and vendor management at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California. Pam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management.
