Nicole Russo

Nicole Russo has a strong background in the banking industry with experience spanning several companies. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Teller Supervisor at BB&T until 2007. Then, they joined Regions Bank as a Branch Team Leader until 2012. During this time, Nicole developed their skills in customer service and team management. In 2012, Nicole transitioned to BankUnited, where they held multiple roles. Nicole first served as a Vice President/Business Banker, focusing on businesses with revenues between $500M and $30MM and offering commercial lending up to $5MM. Nicole's expertise included advising on commercial real estate transactions, account receivable solutions, and business acquisitions. Additionally, they served as a Vice President/Performing Market Leader at BankUnited. In 2016, Nicole became a Treasurer and a board member at MGM Charity Partners, where they remained until early 2020.
