Arpit Nag is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in performance testing and software engineering. Currently serving as Executive Engineering Manager at Bankwest since May 2013, Arpit has also held positions such as Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager and Customer Outcome Owner, and Engineering Team Leader, leading performance testing teams in both AGILE and Waterfall methodologies. Prior to Bankwest, Arpit worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mphasis Australia Pty Ltd. and Mphasis, enhancing software solutions through stakeholder engagement and project implementation. Arpit began professional career as an Associate System Engineer at IBM, focusing on application performance and test script execution. Arpit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
