James Olsen is an experienced professional with a focus on digital conversations and social engagement, currently serving as the Digital Conversations Manager and Social Engagement Team Leader at Bankwest since April 2018. In these roles, James manages staff and engages stakeholders while implementing change initiatives using lean six sigma methodologies. Prior to this, James held the position of Team Leader and worked as a Lending Specialist and Customer Service Representative at iiNet from November 2015 to April 2018.
