Erica Luna

Erica Luna has extensive experience in community outreach, compliance, and program management in the banking industry. Erica began their career at U.S. Bank in 2004, where they served as a Branch Manager and District Leader, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills. In 2017, Erica joined Banc of California as a Community Reinvestment Act Program Analyst, responsible for data collection and compliance. Erica was later promoted to the role of Community Reinvestment Act Program Manager, where they developed partnerships and created volunteer opportunities for low to moderate income communities within the bank's assessment area. Most recently, Erica joined Banner Bank in 2020 as the Vice President of Community Outreach Officer, where they focus on CRA compliance, strategies, and initiatives to achieve positive outcomes.

Erica Luna attended California State University, Los Angeles - College of Business and Economics from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on the general field of study.
