Kenneth A. Larsen

Kenneth A. Larsen is the EVP, Mortgage Banking Director at Banner Bank. Kenneth has over 25 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry.

Kenneth started their career in 1991 as Vice President, Direct and Affinity Lending Manager at Action Mortgage Company. Kenneth was responsible for creating and implementing a consumer-direct Mortgage Department. Kenneth also assembled and trained new staff to handle all mortgage-related inquiries.

In February 1999, Kenneth joined Peoples Bank as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Loan Department Manager. Kenneth served on the Bank Executive, ALCO, and Loan Committees. Kenneth was responsible for the development and management of the Residential Real Estate Department. Kenneth's duties included overseeing origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and appraisal staff. Kenneth successfully implemented a branch growth strategy increasing a two branch department to seven locations introducing the Bank to new markets. Kenneth was awarded the 2004/2005 Principal Residential Top Lender Award for quality and quantity of delivered production.

Kenneth joined Banner Bank in February 2005 as EVP, Mortgage Banking Director. In this role, they are responsible for the overall management of Banner Bank’s mortgage banking division.

Kenneth A. Larsen attended the Pacific Coast Banking School and the School of Mortgage Banking. Kenneth received their BA in Social Science from Eastern Washington University.

Kenneth A. Larsen reports to Mark J. Grescovich, President & CEO. They are on a team with Ken Johnson - EVP, Operations, James Costa - EVP & Chief Risk Officer, and James T. Reed Jr. - EVP, North Region Commercial Banking.
