Lindsay Greenstone, SPHR has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lindsay is currently the SVP, Employee Experience & HR Shared Services Director at Banner Bank. Prior to that, they worked at ENGIE Impact as a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications, where they led a team in supporting CRM and Core Enterprise Application initiatives. Lindsay also established a Center of Excellence and developed policies to increase governance. Before that, they held roles such as Manager, CRM Applications and Sr. Business Analyst, Sales Operations. Lindsay has also worked at companies like 2nd Watch, Banner Bank, Clearwater Paper Corporation, Plum Creek, and Coldwater Creek in roles related to cloud enablement, HRIS analysis, and application support. Their experience includes managing teams, implementing HR applications, optimizing processes, and providing strategic oversight. Lindsay has a strong background in Salesforce and SAP, and they are known for their problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Lindsay Greenstone, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. In addition, Lindsay has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in 2023, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from ENGIE Insight in 2019, Apttus CLM Certified from Apttus in 2019, and Salesforce Administrator from Salesforce in 2018.
