Ryan Young

Ryan Young currently serves as a Bank Manager at Banner Bank since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Performance Coach, Financial Literacy Educator, and Team Builder while being Open to Work in February 2022. From 2012 to February 2022, Ryan held the position of Branch Manager at Northwest Community Credit Union, where Ryan received the 2019 President’s Award and led one of the largest branches while fostering a high-performing team environment. Previously, from 1998 to 2010, Ryan managed a branch at U.S. Bank, ensuring excellent customer service in alignment with the bank's core values. Ryan holds an EMT-Paramedic degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Palomar College.
