Susan Schnelbach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and content management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Information Manager at Banner Engineering since September 2006, Susan has led the implementation of innovative marketing and technical communication tools, advocated for team advancement, and optimized documentation processes utilizing advanced software. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at Fresno Valves, where Susan designed water control products, and Technical Writer/Documentation Team Leader at SWF Companies, coordinating technical documentation for packaging machinery. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
