Arnold Jee is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product delivery across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Banner Health since July 2023, Arnold previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Optum, where responsibilities included directing SCRUM teams and providing technical leadership for membership services. Arnold's career includes significant roles such as VP of Technology and Product Delivery at xcelMe, and CEO at Rare Labs, overseeing diverse technological ventures including mobile development and IoT.
