Emily Edinger has extensive experience in IT management and customer support, currently serving as Associate Director of IT at Banner Health since October 2017, where responsibilities include leading a service desk team focused on exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Emily worked at SimonMed Imaging in various positions such as Systems Coordinator for Accounts Payable and Helpdesk Supervisor, emphasizing customer service and application support. Additional experience includes roles at Hospitality Solutions International, U-Haul, and TEKsystems, providing technical support and training in VoIP and network systems. Emily holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Western International University, along with specialized training as a Nodal Network Operator from the United States Army.
