Julie Ann Alvarado - Dubek

Julie Ann Alvarado-Dubek has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer at Banner Health since March 2011, after holding positions as SVP of Total Rewards & HR Shared Services and Senior Director of Benefits. Prior roles include Vice President of HR Operations at Fender Musical Instruments and Global Manager of Talent Pipeline and Succession Planning at Freescale Semiconductor. Early in the career at Motorola Mobility, positions included HR Strategic Business Partner and Compensation Consultant. Julie Ann holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and a Certificate of Global Leadership from Thunderbird School of Global Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.
