Loren Wise

Loren Wise serves as the Director of Human Resources at Banner Health since December 2017, overseeing HR operations within one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the United States. Prior to this role, Loren was a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Banner Payson Medical Center, managing various HR functions. Loren's experience includes a position as Senior Human Resources Manager at Avnet, a FORTUNE 500 global distributor, where responsibilities included managing integrated solutions and operations. Loren also held multiple HR leadership roles at Rogers Corporation, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational development, and has a comprehensive background in manufacturing HR from positions at Avnet. Loren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University.
