Peggy Erstad

Peggy Erstad is an experienced healthcare operations leader currently serving as the Senior Director Department Administrator at Banner Health since August 2022 and the Director of Operations at the University of Arizona since October 2018. Previously, Peggy held the position of Director of Clinic Operations at Sanford Health from December 2004 to September 2018, overseeing sub-specialty departments such as Allergy & Asthma, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, and Dermatology & Laser Clinic, while ensuring the alignment of clinical and business operations with the organization's strategic goals. Peggy earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Administration from the University of Mary and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Minot State University.
