Scott Bailey

Scott Bailey, PHR, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Banner Health since April 2016, Scott has held multiple senior HR roles within the organization. Prior to this, Scott was Human Resources Manager for the City of Surprise, overseeing employee relations, labor relations, and policy development. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Watermark Retirement Communities and Chief Human Resources Officer at Emerald Security Group, where Scott successfully led HR initiatives and significantly increased employee numbers. Scott's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at The Arizona Republic. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University and is currently completing a Master of Legal Studies in Employment Law at Arizona State University.
