Michael Rau

Michael Rau is the Director of Intellectual Property Services at Banner Witcoff. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Electronics and Computing at Kramer IP Search LLC from August 2016 to November 2016. Michael has also held the position of Technical Attorney at Kramer & Amado, P.C. from January 2007 to December 2008, where they conducted patent searches and managed patent analysts. Michael then moved on to Capitol Patent as Counsel from March 2008 to April 2010. After that, they became the CEO of RDG/MediaNext, Inc. from January 1995 to December 2007.

Michael Rau has a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a B.S. in Physics from Clarkson University. Michael is certified by the USPTO in USPTO Registration and by the DC Bar in DC Bar Registration.
