Ingrid Rönnblom currently serves as Head of Customer Success at Bannerflow since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ingrid held various positions at Kognity from February 2016 to January 2022, including Head of Customer Advocacy, Head of User Engagement, and Customer Success Manager, where responsibility included increasing usage of intelligent textbooks for over 50,000 users and managing end-user communication across 90 countries. Ingrid has also worked at CEB as an Account Management Specialist and Sales Support, and St. Jude Medical as an Analyst and in Operations. Early career experience includes a Claims Adjuster role at Zurich Insurance plc and part-time positions in sales and procurement. Ingrid holds a Master in Business and Management with a focus on Strategic Marketing Management from Uppsala University and an exchange degree in International Marketing from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
