Kirsten Rouland, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience in human resources. Kirsten currently holds the role of Vice President of Human Resources at BanQu Inc. since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ITW as a Senior Human Resources Manager from February 2016 to June 2022, where they were responsible for various HR functions. From May 2013 to January 2015, Kirsten served as the Director of Human Resources at Quantum Retail Technology. Earlier in their career, they held multiple positions at Best Buy, including Manager of International Leadership Development from May 2006 to March 2013, Manager of Human Resources Transformation from April 2003 to April 2006, and Manager of Human Resource People and Performance Management from June 2000 to March 2003.

Kirsten Rouland, M.B.A., has pursued their education at Winona State University. Kirsten obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Winona State University. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as another BS degree in Marketing, both at Winona State University.
