Damien di Cosmo

Damien Di Cosmo is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on people and culture development in various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture - Global at BANXA since May 2021, Damien leads initiatives in a rapidly growing payment services provider for digital assets. Prior to this role, Damien was a People & Culture Business Partner for Virgin Red, contributing to the establishment of HR practices and team building. Damien spent three years as Head of People and Culture at GJK Facility Services, developing strategic plans and implementing HR systems, and previously held HR management positions at Danihers Facility Management. Damien holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resources Management and Public Relations from Swinburne University of Technology.
