Aurel Stenzel

Aurel Stenzel is an experienced executive with a successful track record in finance, operations, and entrepreneurship. Aurel has held roles at SINE Foundation, Banxware GmbH, adjust (formerly adeven), HoleInOne Fitting GmbH, and LiquidM.

In 2021, Aurel Stenzel co-founded SINE Foundation, a non-profit organization that develops and implements cutting-edge research results in cryptography and economics. Aurel also serves as Co-Chairman and Board Member & (Interim) CFO at Banxware GmbH, a company that enables platforms to leverage their data to provide embedded financial services.

From 2014 to 2021, Aurel Stenzel was the COO at adjust (formerly adeven), a global B2B SaaS company. In 2012, they co-founded HoleInOne Fitting GmbH, a franchise solution for golf professionals to sell unique and customized golf clubs. Aurel's role was CFO & Co-Founder.

Prior to that, Aurel Stenzel was the Finance Manager at LiquidM from 2011.

Aurel Stenzel began their educational journey in 2005 when they enrolled at the University of Regensburg and earned a Diplom in Mathematik in 2011. In 2008, they attended Hope International University, though no degree or field of study was specified. From 2015 to 2017, Aurel attended HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Currently, Aurel is a PhD Candidate at Kiel University in Quantitative Economics, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
