Jens Roehrborn

Jens Roehrborn has over 20 years of experience in the payments and banking industry. In 2020, they founded Banxware GmbH to specialize in merchant cash advance and market place merchant lending. From 2012-2017, they were a Partner at Röhrborn LLP, Rechtsanwälte, a boutique firm primarily doing Venture Capital and Private Equity M&A and project based work for tech companies, big and small. Jens also served as a Mentor for Techstars in 2017, a Member of the Supervisory Board for ORS GROUP in 2018, a Member of the Board of Advisors for Quarters Co-Living in 2018, a Member of the Board for PPRO Group in 2012, a Member of the Advisory Board for yd.yourdelivery GmbH (Lieferando) in 2012, Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Board for eValue Ventures AG in 2009, and Partner and Managing Partner Munich Office of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in 2011. Lastly, they were a Member of the Board Wirecard Bank AG from 2004-2012.

Jens Roehrborn obtained a JD from the University of Augsburg in 1991. Jens also holds a certification as a Rechtsanwalt from the Bar Association for the District of Munich, Germany.
