Geraldine Rodriguez has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Banyan Health Systems since February 2022, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Community Mental Health of Miami until the company's closure due to Covid-19, as well as positions as Practice Manager at GEORGE M SUAREZ M.D., P.A. and Office Manager at Kidney Spa. Geraldine was the Medical Billing Manager at Nephrology Associates of South Miami, P.A. from 1998 to 2015. Geraldine is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Miami Dade College, following an Associate's degree in Health Services Administration and a Certificate in Business Specialist from the same institution.
