Marjan Elbaum

Marjan Elbaum has a long history of legal experience. From 2007 to 2022, they have held various roles in different companies. In 2007 and 2008, they were a Summer Associate at Cole and Partners and Proskauer Rose LLP respectively. In 2009, they were a Lawyer at Maidenform. From 2010 to 2017, they were an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and was a part of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Private Equity Real Estate groups. Marjan was responsible for representing clients in transactional matters, advising clients on general business law matters and drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements. Since 2017, they have been the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Centric Brands and is a business and legal advisor to the executive leadership team. Currently, they are the General Counsel at Banyan Software.

Marjan Elbaum received their JD/MBA from the University of Toronto in 2009 and their BBA from the Schulich School of Business - York University in 2005.
