Claire Kister

With a solid foundation in Business Operations and Brand Management, Claire offers a unique blend of analytical expertise, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Her experience spans Corporate Banking in the Commodities & Logistics group at Brown Brothers Harriman and demand planning and supply chain optimization at Banza, where she focused on driving productivity and profitability for leading brands and distributors such as UNFI, Walmart, and Costco. Claire is dedicated to achieving operational efficiency and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize brand performance and support strategic growth.

Claire graduated from Phillips Academy in 2016, where she demonstrated leadership as Captain of Varsity Squash and Lacrosse. She then went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from the University of Virginia in 2020.
