Melina Rodgers

Melina Rodgers has been working in the finance and operations industries since 2016. In 2016, they were the Director of Women Empowerment for the UCLA Undergraduate Students Association Council (USAC), where they worked to implement more services and resources for female Bruins. In 2017, they were a Community Outreach Intern for Baby2Baby, where they were responsible for leading volunteer sessions, product organization, and lead generation. In 2018, they were a Consulting Intern at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors. In 2019, they were an Associate and Analyst at RCLCO Real Estate Consulting, where they provided market, economic, financial and impact analyses, advised on investment portfolio strategy and implementation, and provided management consulting services. In 2021, they were an Operations Analyst and Merchandise Analyst for Michael Smith Inc. | Jasper. Currently, they are a Finance Associate at Banza.

Melina Rodgers completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019. Melina began their studies at the university in 2015.
