Adam Ramm

Adam Ramm's work experience begins in 2009 at Jazz Aviation LP, where they held various roles including Administrative Coordinator and Commercial Analysis Manager. Adam then co-founded ntouch in 2014. In 2015, they joined Capital One as a Product Owner and later became a Manager, Product until 2019. In 2019, they co-founded Involve Design, where they served as the Co-Founder & Head of Product, responsible for product consulting, business management, and design oversight. Adam also worked as an Instructor at BrainStation from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are the Chief Product Officer at baoba insurance, starting in 2023.

Adam Ramm's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University, which they completed from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) with a focus on Commercial Aviation Management at Western University, graduating in 2009.

In addition to their academic degrees, Adam has obtained several certifications. In 2004, they received a Private Pilot License (PPL) from Transport Canada - Transports Canada. In 2014, they obtained certification in CPR, AED & First Aid from the National Health Care Provider Solutions. Adam also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they achieved in 2015. Lastly, they have earned the Notion Essentials Badge from Notion in November 2022.
