Urvik Mehta

Urvik Mehta is a dedicated volunteer at BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing and analyzing a yearly budget of £10,000, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring rational fund allocation since September 2020. Additionally, Urvik has been a coding instructor at FunTech since July 2021, leading a classroom of 15 children for two months and primarily focusing on teaching Python. In October 2019, Urvik completed a student internship at Goodmayes Hospital in London, providing care in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit and interacting with a diverse group of over 20 mentally challenged patients, which enhanced therapeutic relationships through effective communication and empathy. Urvik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from King's College London, completed in July 2023, after graduating from Oaks Park High School in 2020.
