Jacinta Duffy

Jacinta Duffy is an experienced professional in customer experience, sales, and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Baptcare since October 2022. Previously held roles include Executive General Manager for Communications and Customer Experience and Head of Communications and Brand. Jacinta founded Shared Lives Australia and served as CEO from October 2021 to October 2022. Additional experience includes managing sales strategy and business development at Care Connect Group and general management of marketing and communications at Japara Healthcare Limited. Prior to these roles, Jacinta was the Director of Marketing and Communications at Marie Stopes International Australia, and has held various positions at companies such as Mayne Pharma, Gilead Sciences, and CSL. Jacinta holds an MBA from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Australian Catholic University.
