Chukwuemeka Anderson Obi

Chukwuemeka Anderson Obi is a cardiologist currently practicing at Baptist Health since September 2023 and serving as the founder of CareValue Health since June 2023, an organization focused on enhancing healthcare accessibility and community support. Previously, Chukwuemeka completed a cardiology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina from July 2020 to June 2023. As the founder of MedAfricana from February 2014 to November 2019, Chukwuemeka dedicated efforts to providing preventative medicine in underserved populations and offering second opinions on medical diagnoses in third-world countries. Additionally, Chukwuemeka instructed undergraduate students in Chemistry and Physics at South Carolina State University from June 2013 to July 2014. Educationally, Chukwuemeka obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine (2013-2020) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from South Carolina State University (2010-2013).
