Danielle McGrath

Danielle McGrath is an experienced professional in operations, business development, and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Senior Strategy at Baptist Health since July 2024. Prior to this role, Danielle held various positions at Medically Home, including Director of Business Development and Director of Supply Chain, from August 2020 to July 2024. Danielle's career also includes significant marketing leadership as a Senior Marketing Manager at GuideWell Connect and as Director of Marketing at Brooks Rehabilitation, where responsibilities included directing the marketing for the Bartram campus opening. Earlier, as Business Development Director at Brookdale Senior Living, Danielle focused on developing relationships and educating the public about senior care services. Danielle earned a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University in 1990.
