Melissa Benton

Melissa Benton, MSML, has been with Baptist Health Care since October 2012, holding various positions including Manager of Talent Engagement and Wellbeing, Wellness Operations Manager, Community Manager, Client Services Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Prior to this, Melissa gained experience as an Intramural Supervisor at the University of West Florida from 2010 to 2012. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University (2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida (2012), in addition to an Associate's Degree from Pensacola State College (2010) and initial studies at Mississippi College (2007-2009).
