Tammy Viola

Tammy Viola has extensive experience in human resources information systems and emergency services. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Baptist Memorial Health Care since April 2021, Tammy provides GHR support to HR teams and resolves system and data issues. Tammy's background includes roles as a Website Developer and Lieutenant/Paramedic with Mukwonago Fire Department, as well as previous positions in HRIS analysis at Froedtert Health, AptarGroup, Inc., and Seaquist Closures. In addition to contributions in data management and system upgrades, Tammy has been involved in training and policy development within the fire department. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and various certifications in fire service and emergency medical training.
