Andrew Mills

Andrew Mills is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of People Strategy, Projects and Change at BaptistCare NSW & ACT since March 2023, Andrew previously worked as a People Partner at Ausgrid from December 2020 to March 2023 and as the Lead HR Business Partner at DXC Red Rock from May 2019 to September 2020. Andrew has a proven track record in HR strategy development, organizational transformation, compliance, and managing complex HR functions across diverse industries. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in HR/Marketing from UNSW, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
