Niloufer de Silva

Niloufer De Silva is a State Counsel at the Attorney-General's Department, representing the state in courts and advising on civil matters. Niloufer has also served as a legal counsel for Government Corporations and as a Junior Counsel under Mr. Lasitha Kanuwanaarachchi Esq. Additionally, Niloufer has experience as a News Reader at TNL News Station and as a Trainee Banking Assistant at Nations Trust Bank PLC. Niloufer holds a Master's degree in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of West London.
