Simon Schofield

Simon Schofield is a seasoned professional in the yacht design and engineering sector, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at BAR Technologies since June 2017. Prior to this role, Simon was Head of Design and Engineering at Ben Ainslie Racing Limited from March 2014 to July 2017. Simon also held the position of Partner at Ker Yacht Design & Engineering S.L. from 2002 to 2016 and worked as a Consultant at Juan Kouyoumdjian Yacht Design between 2006 and 2008. Simon Schofield earned a BEng (Hons) in Ship Science from the University of Southampton, completing studies from 1997 to 1999.
