Elena Tedesco

Elena Tedesco has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Elena currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at BARALAN since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Director - Italy at Spirax Sarco from March 2015 to June 2022, where they were responsible for implementing the People Strategy and managing all HR services. Before that, Elena served as the HR Manager Business Partner at Gruppo essilor Italia from May 2014 to February 2015, and as the HR Manager at Gruppo essilor-Oftalmica Galileo Italia spa from March 2010 to April 2014.
