Tejas Shelar

Tejas Shelar is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Baramati Agro Ltd since July 2023, overseeing logistics operations for the Chicken Processing Plant division and managing a Cold Chain Complex for over 150 franchise stores and three depots. Prior to this role, Tejas held positions as Supply Chain Manager at WINGREENS WORLD, Senior Manager at Jio-bp (Reliance BP Mobility Limited), and Regional Supply Chain Manager at Bajaj Consumer Care. Tejas also worked with Future Group India as an Assistant Manager, leading supply chain operations for a retail chain, and implemented SAP APO at Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. Tejas began a career at Accenture, managing logistics transitions for a major beer manufacturer and supporting Canada’s largest retailer. Tejas holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Technologies from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering and completed SSC at Panna English High School.
