Tom Romanski

Tom Romanski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand management and communications, particularly within the fintech and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Brand and Communications Lead at Codebase Technologies since June 2021, Tom leads a remote international team in strategic brand initiatives across various global markets. In addition, Tom holds roles in the MENA Fintech Association and leads the Sustainable Fintech Alliance. Prior to this, Tom founded Barbarian Fit, a unique fitness app for gamers, and played pivotal roles in launching ila Bank and rebranding the National Bank of Bahrain. With a solid foundation in international business and management from Bournemouth University, Tom has successfully contributed to numerous marketing strategies and brand growth initiatives throughout their career.
